Maria supports small food business owners, solopreneurs, and organizations with aligned values. Her passion lies in helping others navigate growing pains, tackle untapped tasks, and make meaningful progress towards their dreams and goals. With a decade of experience as a trainer and educator, and expertise in experiential marketing and successful fundraising campaigns, Maria designs programs with style, attracting others organically and making them look good – with heart.

Maria Campbell, MBA, is not your average chef. With a passion for food, a knack for education, and a flair for business, Maria wears many hats in the culinary world. As a respected chef, educator, and food business coach, she’s dedicated to helping food industry clients thrive.
With her extensive experience, Maria specializes in project management, efficiency enhancement, and revenue diversification. She’s the brains behind Cooks Who Care (CWC), a non-profit committed to supporting mental health services for food service workers. Through fundraising and innovative initiatives like their filmed cookbook project, Maria has raised over $23K to make a real difference in the industry.
Maria’s Executive MBA in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University equips her with the tools to integrate marketing research, experiential marketing ideas, and strategic partnerships for brands of all sizes. She’s an expert project manager, event planning specialist, and branding optimizer, ensuring small food businesses reach their full potential.
Outside of her consultancy, Imagine Impact, Maria wears many hats. From serving as VP of Les Dames d’Escoffier’s Philly Chapter to teaching as an Adjunct Chef Instructor at Delaware County Community College, she’s deeply involved in her community. In 2021, Maria received the prestigious YETI Woman of Purpose Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the food industry. She also received a “Health Hero” recognition in the Spring 2024 edition of Edible Philly for her work with Cooks Who Care.
