I started working with Maria when I hired her to launching the brands, Ashbell's Smoked Meats & Seafood. That was nearly five years ago. Maria has been working with us to pivot from being cafe into a music venue that serve brunches on the weekends. Before COVID I had my food truck, I rented a building to serve as a commissary for my staff and Into work out of. Three months into my plan, the works was shut down because of COVID. We had a decision to make and we had to make it fast. So we decided to sell brunch, in the space we created a patio and began to hire bands and we began to attract more customers through media and through having these events.
