About Us
Scott and Maria Campbell are a husband-and-wife team who founded Imagine Impact in 2017, bringing a combined 30+ years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. We help small businesses in the Philadelphia area move forward — whether they’re stuck in place, striving for the next stage, or chasing a passion project. With deep roots in the culinary world and a shared loved for creative problem-solving, we are committed to helping others succeed.
Our Story
Our journey began separately but intertwined through our passions for food and global travel. Scott, a Philadelphia native and Restaurant School graduate, and Maria, a culinary school graduate of Delhi College, both earned spots competing on ACF Junior Culinary Olympic teams during college. As captains of their respective teams, they were rivals who didn’t realize they would later become partners in business — and life.
After college, we both pursued further growth and opportunities at the prestigious Westchester Country Club outside of New York City, where they completed a two year culinary apprenticeship. during this time, Scott continued to showcase his leadership by captaining the Junior Culinary Olympic team in 2004. After gaining invaluable experience, we decided to lay down roots in Scott’s hometown of Media, PA, where we started our own catering business.
For four years, we grew our catering ventures while working in various hotels and country clubs. Scott served as a chef at Downingtown Country Club and Radnor Valley Country Club, honing his skills not just in the kitchen, but also behind the camera, capturing food in its most appetizing light. Meanwhile, Maria leveraged her decade-plus experience teaching culinary students, running business math classes, working for a boutique consulting firm, and earning a marketing MBA. Her focus has been on training hospitality-focused clients to complete what they’ve started, blending strategy and creativity to achieve real results.
Running a small business in the food and beverage industry is challenging. The odds don’t have to be against you. With Goal-Getter Project Management Services, we are dedicated to empowering hospitality-focused leaders and brands with extraordinary, tailored solutions that make an impact. What We Do
At Imagine Impact, we bring our combined experience to help creatives and hospitality-focused clients achieve their next stage goals. Our hands on, goal-getting approach and 100% commitment to collaboration allow us to understand each client’s unique needs, helping them get closer to success. From project management to strategic consulting, we believe every project can benefit from adding elements of hospitality. With a network of nonprofit partners (Philadelphia Works, Widener Small Business Development Center-SBDC), grant collaborators in Greenline Access Capital, and collaboration with many creative minds, we are here to support you at every step of your journey.
Cooks Who Care Initiative
We’ve also seen first-hand how challenging it can be to work in the hospitality industry, where mental health often takes a backseat to the daily grind. That’s why we spearheaded Cooks Who Care, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the mental health of foodservice workers who are underinsured or uninsured. We are sponsored by Chester County Community Foundation where our efforts have included projects like a filmed cookbook project with Eric Lovett Jr.’s iLovettFilms, featuring 27 chefs and 37 recipes, which continues to raise funds for mental health services. 100% of the proceeds are donated to partnering organizations so we can pay forward mental health grants to food service workers. You can purchase a copy of the cookbook here.
